Tissot's Tour de France Watches Race Ahead with Asphalt Dials and Yellow Accents

Swiss watch brand Tissot is celebrating its long-standing partnership with the Tour de France by releasing special edition PR100 watches for the 2026 race. The brand has been timing the prestigious cycling event since 1988, known for its precision to the thousandth of a second.

The new PR100 Tour de France Special Edition boasts a 40mm stainless steel case with a black PVD sandblasted coating. Its dial features an asphalt texture, evoking the race track, and includes a pulsometer scale for added sporty appeal. Yellow accents on the sub-dials, second hand, and hour markers create a striking contrast with the black, symbolizing the Tour de France's iconic yellow jersey. The watch comes with interchangeable black and yellow NATO fabric straps and a black rubber strap, easily switched via a quick-release system.

Additionally, Tissot introduced the PR100 Cycling Edition quartz watch in 34mm and 40mm sizes, suitable for daily wear. These models feature a dial with a fine texture inspired by bicycle chains, and the inner bezel is engraved with cyclist silhouettes. They also include a pulsometer scale and come with a grey and white NATO fabric strap, blending sporty and stylish elements.

To mark the new releases, Tissot has transformed its Taipei 101 boutique into a "Tour de France limited-time pop-up store." The display includes a "legendary champion's yellow jersey" flown in from France and a replica of the bike ridden by the 2024 and 2025 Tour de France overall champions, valued at approximately NT$630,000. The store also serves as an official partner for the "2026 L’Étape Taiwan Tour de France Challenge - Sun Moon Lake Station," offering registration discounts for participants who sign up at the pop-up store before July 31.
