Tokayev congratulates Pashinyan on parliamentary election victory

Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has extended congratulations to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan following the victory of his Civil Contract party in the recent parliamentary elections. The congratulatory message was conveyed, according to the presidential office Akorda.
