Tomorrowland's second weekend kicked off with a spectacular fireworks display on the Mainstage, proceeding as planned despite a code orange drought warning. Organizers and the fire department have emphasized that all pyrotechnic activities were conducted in accordance with agreed-upon safety protocols.

During the festival's first weekend, organizers opted against using fireworks due to the ongoing dry conditions. Although some rain has fallen, the code orange alert remains in effect. However, the organization received permission to use a more limited scale of fireworks this weekend.

Both the organization and the fire department stressed their commitment to continuous monitoring and consultation. "There are permanent fire watch personnel on duty, and the area around the Mainstage is extra secured," Wilmsen noted. "An extensive safety inspection takes place every morning, followed by an operational meeting where current weather conditions and the situation on the grounds are evaluated." As a result, other stages will not feature fireworks, and barbecues and personal cooking devices are prohibited.
