Top Trump Officials to Campaign for Iowa Republicans

Top officials from the Trump administration are being sent to Iowa to support Republican candidates in upcoming races. The Iowa State Fair, beginning Thursday and running through Aug. 23, presents a critical campaign window. Several Republican incumbents face challenging contests. Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks is running against Democrat Christina Bohannan in Iowa's 1st Congressional District, while Rep. Zach Nunn faces Democrat Sarah Trone Garriott in the 3rd Congressional District. Additionally, Rep. Ashley Hinson is competing for the U.S. Senate seat against Democrat Josh Turek.
