The Tour de France Femmes has celebrated a spectacular and visually stunning start weekend in Switzerland, showcasing the race's rapid ascent in the cycling world.

Since its relaunch in 2022, the women's Tour de France has seen remarkable growth, evolving from an event with uncertain success to a major spectacle. This year's Grand Départ in Switzerland, a bid initiated four years ago, brought together tens of thousands of spectators. The presentation of the riders in Lausanne drew large crowds, highlighting the increased recognition and popularity of female cyclists, who are now celebrated and sought after for selfies.
