Toyota Sienna Transformed into a Micro Camper Van with Bed, Kitchen, and Fridge

A Toyota Sienna has been ingeniously converted into a micro camper van, blending the practicality of an MPV with the amenities of a mobile home. This conversion, designed by Small Vans Big World, maintains the Sienna's original structure, allowing it to function as a regular vehicle when not used for camping.

The exterior features a subtle dark green finish, enhanced only by rain guards, a 200W solar panel on the roof, and ventilation equipment. A unique sliding three-fan ventilation system is integrated above the windows to improve airflow. Inside, the cabin remains connected to the living space, and the original captain's chairs behind the driver's seat are preserved for comfort.

The living space is divided into three main functional zones: a sofa bed, a seating area, and a kitchen. The sofa, made with 4-inch thick memory foam, converts into a sleeping space measuring 243 cm by 61 cm. It includes reading lights, cup holders, and charging ports. Beneath the sofa, a portable toilet, a 12V refrigerator, and storage compartments are integrated.

The compact kitchen area is equipped with a farmhouse-style sink, a retractable faucet, a microwave, and a single-burner induction cooktop. Two 9-liter water tanks manage fresh and wastewater. A portable power station, rechargeable via solar, external power, or the vehicle's generator, powers these amenities. The entire conversion package is priced at approximately $20,000 and can be completed within 2-3 weeks, offering a versatile and cost-effective solution for those seeking a camper van experience without sacrificing daily usability.
