TPBL: Re-signed by Dreamers, Shi Chengping vows to maintain passion regardless of playing time

The Formosa Dreamers have officially announced the contract renewal with young forward Shi Chengping, securing his presence for the upcoming 2026-27 season. Since entering the professional league in the 2024-25 season, Shi has dedicated himself to training and gaining valuable experience.

Shi, standing at 190 cm, possesses outside shooting capabilities. He transitioned from playing power forward to small forward during his student years, progressively developing his skills on both ends of the court. Although his playing time was limited last season, he actively participated in team training, focusing on enhancing his physical conditioning, defense, and shooting accuracy. He also worked on integrating with teammates and coaches to understand team tactics and game rhythm.

Formosa Dreamers General Manager Han Chun-kai praised Shi as a diligent and willing learner. "We have both seen his dedication in training over the past two years," Han said.
