TREASURE's 'New Wave' Sweeps Japan's Oricon and Billboard Charts

K-pop group TREASURE is making waves in Japan, with their latest mini-album 'New Wave' simultaneously topping the Oricon and Billboard Japan weekly album charts. This marks their second consecutive chart-topping success on the Oricon chart, following their previous mini-album.

Domestically, TREASURE also demonstrated their strong presence by securing the No. 1 spot on the Hanteo Chart. 'New Wave' achieved over 1.02 million copies in first-week sales, a significant milestone that makes them a 'million-seller' for the second time in a row. The popularity of the title track 'If I' is also notable, with its music video breaking the group's record by surpassing 50 million YouTube views in just six days and nine hours.

TREASURE, who debuted in 2020, has released several hit songs including 'Yellow,' 'Paradise,' 'Bona Bona,' 'Hello,' and 'Darari.' They have actively promoted in Japan, garnering significant popularity there. The group recently concluded their '2025-26 TREASURE Tour [REBOOT]' in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which spanned 14 cities and 27 shows. They are set to begin a new fan concert tour starting in Seoul on July 19th, covering eight cities and 20 dates.
