Tripoli Foreign Minister Al-Baour receives new German Ambassador Arvid Andress

Acting Tripoli-based Libyan Foreign Minister Taher Al-Baour received the new German Ambassador Arvid Andress at the Ministry's headquarters. The meeting marked Ambassador Andress's assumption of his duties as Germany's new envoy to Libya.
