Abdulrahman, an entrepreneur, regulatory executive, and systems architect, has a career spanning government, technology, compliance, and sustainable development. He currently serves as Chief Executive (Judicial Seizure) within the Permits and Control Department at the Dubai Land Department (DLD) under the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). In this role, he oversees critical functions including field inspections, compliance enforcement, operational controls, and regulatory oversight.

His work aligns with principles of sustainable urban development, focusing on smart governance, regulatory transparency, digital trust, and intelligent infrastructure.
