Tunisia publishes final social housing beneficiary lists

Tunisia's national social housing program has reached a significant milestone with the official publication of the final beneficiary lists. The commission, led by Minister of Equipment and Housing Salah Zouari, also approved pricing for finalized housing units across the country.

Zouari emphasized the program's social importance, aiming to provide decent housing for families with limited incomes. He urged for accelerated construction and the removal of land and technical impediments hindering projects, stressing the need for quality and timely delivery.

"It is imperative to strengthen coordination among all stakeholders to deliver these homes to their rightful owners as soon as possible," the minister stated. The Ministry of Equipment and Housing, in collaboration with regional authorities, is now focusing on delivering over 3,600 new social housing units. This initiative directly addresses the needs of low-income Tunisian families.
