Siliana, Tunisia – Mohamed Ouertani has topped Tunisia's national baccalaureate exams in the technical sciences stream, scoring an exceptional 19.72 out of 20. The student from the pilot high school in Siliana celebrated the achievement at his family home, which quickly filled with congratulatory relatives and neighbors.
