Turkey Announces 2026/1 KPSS Central Appointment Application Dates

Candidates aspiring to become civil servants in Turkish public institutions are keenly awaiting details on the 2026/1 KPSS central appointment preference schedule. The application window for these positions has been officially announced.

The ÖSYM announced the KPSS-2026/1 central placement preference calendar. Accordingly, preference procedures for placements in the cadre and positions of some public institutions and organizations will be carried out between July 9-16, 2026.

According to the ÖSYM (Measuring, Selection and Placement Center), the preference application period for the KPSS-2026/1 central placement will run from July 9 to July 16, 2026. Following the release of the KPSS-2026/1 Preference Guide, applicants will be able to submit their choices.

The application process will be accessible via ÖSYM's Candidate Transactions System (AİS). Submissions can be made starting at 09:00 on July 9 and will close at 23:59 on July 16, 2026. Candidates will need their Turkish ID number and their AİS password to log in and make their selections.

After the publication of the KPSS-2026/1 Preference Guide, candidates will be able to make their preferences from July 9 at 09:00 until July 16 at 23:59 via ÖSYM's Candidate Transactions System (AİS).

The KPSS 2026/1 preference procedures will be conducted individually through the AİS platform, adhering to the rules outlined in the official preference guide. This central appointment process is a crucial step for many seeking stable employment within the public sector in Turkey.

KPSS 2026/1 preference transactions will be made individually through ÖSYM's Candidate Transactions System (AİS) with a T.C. identity number and candidate password, in accordance with the rules specified in the preference guide.
