Turkey: Retirees Can Earn Up to 30,000 TL in Cash Bonuses from Yapı Kredi

Yapı Kredi bank in Turkey is offering a significant cash promotion for retirees, potentially reaching up to 30,000 Turkish Lira. This offer is directly linked to the recent increase in retirement pensions, meaning retirees may now qualify for higher bonus amounts by moving their pension payments to Yapı Kredi.

Retirees who commit to receiving their SGK pension from Yapı Kredi for three years by July 31, 2026, will benefit from a cash promotion of up to 30,000 TL.

The promotion details indicate that customers who commit to receiving their Social Security Institution (SGK) pension through Yapı Kredi for three years by July 31, 2026, are eligible. The cash bonus amount varies based on monthly net income. Those earning up to 9,999 TL will receive 6,250 TL; between 10,000-14,999 TL will get 10,000 TL; 15,000-19,999 TL will receive 12,500 TL; and those earning over 20,000 TL will be eligible for 15,000 TL.

Additional bonuses are available. Retirees can earn an extra 2,000 to 5,000 TL by setting up two new bill payment instructions within 60 days of signing the commitment agreement. Another bonus of 2,000 to 5,000 TL is offered for making a total of 1,000 TL in spending with their primary credit cards within the same 60-day period. A digital activity bonus of 2,000 TL is also provided for customers who log into the Yapı Kredi Mobile app for the first time or resume using it after a 90-day inactivity period.

This offer is applied at the end of the month after becoming a customer. The bank aims to attract new customers and encourage existing ones to deepen their engagement through these tiered incentives.
