Through the GİB Internet Tax Office website (digital.gib.gov.tr), users can access the "MTV Payment" section to check their outstanding tax debt and complete transactions.

Individuals seeking a quicker, password-free option can utilize the GİB portal by entering their license plate number, T.C. identification number, and vehicle registration date. Alternatively, payments can be made through the e-Devlet (e-Government) portal. After entering T.C. or tax identification numbers and license plate details, users can verify their debt and proceed with payment after a security check.

Beyond online options, payments are also accepted through various traditional channels. Many contracted banks facilitate MTV payments via their mobile applications and internet banking services, typically found under a "Payments > Tax Payments > MTV" menu.
