Turkish Enforcement Office Auctions Five Land Parcels in Balıkesir

The Erdek Enforcement Office in Turkey is initiating the sale of five land parcels located in the Poyrazlı neighborhood of the Erdek district in Balıkesir province. These properties are being auctioned as a result of outstanding debt.

The first parcel, covering 6,521.30 square meters, has an estimated value of 7,825,560 Turkish Lira. The second parcel spans 4,407.44 square meters with an estimated value of 3,305,580 Turkish Lira. The third parcel is 6,179.90 square meters and valued at 4,634,925 Turkish Lira. The fourth parcel is the largest at 15,469.18 square meters, estimated at 11,601,885 Turkish Lira. The fifth parcel measures 3,491.12 square meters and is valued at 2,094,672 Turkish Lira.
