'TV Face' Launches Student-Exclusive Version

The TVFACE University 2026, a student-focused iteration of the "Gương mặt truyền hình" (TV Face) project, has officially announced its Top 30 contestants. These finalists were chosen from hundreds of applicants across Vietnam's universities and colleges.

The program, a collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Student Association, is designed to discover, train, and develop young talent passionate about hosting, media, and multi-platform content creation. The selected Top 30 students will advance to a specialized training phase and practical challenges at the TVFACE Campus.

Journalist Võ Huỳnh Tấn Tài, the creator of the TVFACE format, described the competition as a practical training environment. He stated that students will acquire professional skills and gain direct experience in the modern media industry. "We want to create a journey that helps young people discover their potential, build professional confidence, and access a professional work environment while still in school," Tấn Tài shared.

The event also introduced the judging panel, comprising business figures Chung Tấn Bảo and Lê Đăng Khoa, journalist Lê Quỳnh Trâm, and MC-producer Phạm Thanh. These experts bring extensive experience in journalism, television, media, and business to guide the contestants. Additionally, a team of mentors, including MCs Phan Trung Hậu, Quản Hân, and Quốc Trí, will support students in refining their hosting skills, personal branding, and content creation strategies for the digital media landscape.
