Two churches in Saxony-Anhalt up for auction with starting bids of 150,000 euros

Two churches located in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt are scheduled for auction in Leipzig in August. The properties, situated in Wettin-Löbejün in the Saalekreis district and Oranienbaum-Wörlitz in the Wittenberg district, will both have a starting bid of 150,000 euros.

The auctions are being organized by Sächsische Grundstücksauktionen AG. The event, taking place on August 26 in Dresden and August 28 in Leipzig, will offer a total of 117 properties from various German states. The combined minimum price for all listed properties is approximately 4.9 million euros, with 18 of these properties located in Saxony-Anhalt.

Among the diverse range of properties up for bid is a former grain mill in Weißenfels, Burgenlandkreis. This particular property has a significantly lower starting bid of just 3,000 euros, contrasting sharply with the church properties.

The auction presents a unique opportunity for buyers interested in historical or unique real estate, with the churches offering a potentially significant investment or redevelopment prospect.
