Two men arrested after campaign event: 'No one injured'

Two men have been arrested in Gothenburg, Sweden, following an incident during a campaign event for Minister of Justice Gunnar Strömmer. The arrests occurred Thursday evening near Drottningtorget, where the event was taking place.

Police in Region West confirmed the arrests, stating that the two men, both in their 40s, were taken into custody. The preliminary charge against them is preparation for aggravated assault, according to Linda Widmark of the prosecutor's office.
