Two persons convicted of evading arrest; one flees

A Kuwaiti Misdemeanor Court has convicted two defendants of serious offenses, including evading lawful arrest and assisting another individual in escaping custody. The court also found the defendants guilty of misusing communication devices in connection with the crimes.

The ruling came after the court reviewed closing arguments presented by Attorney Ali Hassan Al-Hussainan, who represented the victims and acted as the civil plaintiff.
