TXT's Official Characters PPULBATU Arrive in Taiwan for First Pop-Up Store

South Korean boy band TXT is bringing its official characters, PPULBATU, to Taiwan for the first time this summer. The "PPULBATU <Hey! APPUL> POP-UP in TAIPEI" will open at Taipei's Songshan Cultural and Creative Park from July 30 to August 30.

The pop-up store's theme, "Hey! APPUL," transforms the PPULBATU characters into cute apple designs, creating a whimsical atmosphere that feels like a fairy-tale forest market. Visitors can find numerous photo opportunities, including a large apple tree display where fans can take pictures with the characters. The organizers have meticulously designed every detail from the entrance to the exhibition area, aiming to make it a popular new K-pop photo spot.

Beyond photo opportunities, the event will feature exclusive merchandise. Items like face-shaped cushions, drawstring bags, pens, bookmarks, stress balls, and keychains will be available, appealing to both collectors and those seeking practical items. Many fans are reportedly eager to purchase the full collection.

The PPULBATU characters hold significance within TXT's narrative. Their name combines the Korean word for 'horn' (뿔) with 'TOMORROW X TOGETHER,' drawing inspiration from the concept of 'horns growing on their heads' in TXT's debut song 'CROWN.' The name also incorporates 'PLUS X TOGETHER,' signifying the amplified happiness and strength derived from mutual companionship, reflecting the group's long-standing commitment to accompanying fans through their musical journey.
