The United Arab Emirates remains steadfast in its commitment to humanitarianism, grounding its efforts in enduring values and a history of impactful action, according to Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Marking World Humanitarian Day, Sheikh Mohammed emphasized that true human presence is measured by influence and the relief of suffering, not by mere words or attention-seeking. He stated, "Life has shown me that true human presence is not measured by how loudly one speaks, but by the depth of their influence. It's not about those who talk about human suffering, but those who actively work to relieve it. It's not about making headlines but about making a difference in people's lives."

Sheikh Mohammed affirmed that humanity requires tangible action. The UAE, he noted, consistently chooses to align itself with the right side of global humanitarian work, a principle that has been a cornerstone since the nation's inception. This dedication, he suggested, is deeply embedded in the UAE's identity and its approach to international engagement.
