Uganda Airlines warns of Nairobi flight delays amid air traffic control problems

Passengers flying between Uganda and Nairobi have been warned to expect delays as air traffic control problems continue at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

Uganda Airlines issued a travel advisory saying the operational challenges were affecting flights into and out of Nairobi. The carrier said the disruption could affect its services in both directions, including journeys involving Nairobi as a destination or transit point.

The warning followed a similar notice from Kenya Airways, which said departures from the airport were running two to three hours late while aviation authorities and airport stakeholders worked to address the problem.
