UGC-NET 2026 Answer Key To Be Released On August 16: Testing Agency

New Delhi – The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to release the provisional answer keys for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) 2026 on August 16. The agency will also publish the answer keys for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research National Eligibility Test (CSIR-NET) and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research All India Entrance Examination for Admission (ICAR AIEEA) for postgraduate and PhD programs on the same date.

Students who appeared for these examinations can check and download the provisional answer keys from the NTA's official website. The release of the answer key is a crucial step in the examination process, allowing candidates to review their performance and estimate their scores.

Following the release of the provisional answer keys, the NTA typically allows a window for candidates to raise objections. This process enables students to challenge any answers they believe are incorrect. After considering the objections, the NTA will release the final answer key and subsequently the results.
