Ukraine attacks Russian oil refinery in West Siberia with long-range drones

Ukraine has targeted a Russian oil refinery in West Siberia with a long-range drone attack, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. In a video message, Zelenskyy announced that multiple drones struck the facility in the Tyumen region, an area located over 2,000 kilometers from Ukraine's border.
