Ukraine launches drone attacks on Russian logistics centers, including Ozon facilities

Ukrainian forces have reportedly launched drone attacks for three consecutive nights targeting logistics centers belonging to the Russian e-commerce giant Ozon. The strikes extended to occupied territories and various locations within Russia.

Ukrainian attack drones continue to hit Russian warehouses in Krasnodar tonight, with an Ozon e-commerce distribution center in Enem, one of the largest in the region, engulfed in flames.

In Krasnodar, a city near Russia's Black Sea coast, a store owned by the Russian home goods retailer Kuchenland caught fire following a Ukrainian attack. The situation escalated tragically when drone debris fell on a kindergarten, killing two children and injuring seven others, along with two adults. Governor Veniamin Kondratyev of Krasnodar Krai confirmed that drone fragments also impacted residential buildings and those under construction, igniting a blaze in warehouse facilities.

Further attacks were reported near the village of Enem in the Republic of Adygea, where an Ozon logistics center was targeted. Another Ozon facility in Nevinnomyssk was also attacked, with the regional governor confirming that Ukrainian drones targeted the city's industrial zone. A third Ozon facility reportedly caught fire in Tyube, Dagestan Republic. On occupied Crimea, a radar tracking unit location was hit by four separate attacks, according to a pro-Ukrainian Telegram channel.

OZON logistics centers are reportedly on fire in Nevinnomyssk in Russia’s Stavropol region, near Enem in Adygea, and in Krasnodar following drone attacks.

These strikes come as Ukraine is set to observe its Independence Day on August 24, marking 35 years since its declaration of independence from the Soviet Union.
