Ukraine Prepared for Russian Actions in Transnistria, Presidential Office Chief Says

The notion of a 'bloodless' takeover, as entertained by some, is unrealistic from a military standpoint. Our intelligence confirms Russia's intentions, and we are obligated to react accordingly. However, we assess that Russia's capacity to significantly augment its forces in Transnistria is limited, and any attempt to seize control without armed conflict is highly improbable.
