Additionally, Ukraine struck a Russian oil processing plant in Ust-Luga, Zelenskyy confirmed on Saturday. He did not specify the facility but added that it was damaged in the attack. Reuters reported that Ukraine hit a Russian natural gas processing plant in the Baltic port of Ust-Luga on Friday.
