Ukrainian drone attacks cripple Lukoil; all major Russian refineries halted

All of Russian oil giant Lukoil's main refineries have been crippled by Ukrainian drone attacks, marking a significant blow to the company's operations. The latest refinery to cease operations is NORSI, the fourth-largest in Russia, which halted crude oil processing following a strike on Wednesday.

This shutdown at NORSI follows earlier disruptions at Lukoil's refineries in Perm and Volgograd. The coordinated attacks have effectively brought all of the company's major refining facilities to a standstill, severely impacting its ability to process crude oil.
