Ulsan's second-half property market sees major launches with 'Munsu-ro Vista The Park' and 'Grand Larc Eileen's Garden' drawing attention

Ulsan's real estate market is poised for a significant upturn in the second half of the year, with two major residential developments slated for release in the Nam-gu district. The market has shown recovery signs, marked by rising property prices and a decrease in unsold units.

The two flagship projects are 'Munsu-ro Vista The Park' in the Mugeo-Samho district and 'Grand Larc Eileen's Garden' in the Yeum-dong B-14 block redevelopment zone. 'Grand Larc Eileen's Garden' will be a substantial complex of 1,521 units, benefiting from its proximity to Seonam Lake Park and the Ulsan Petrochemical Complex, offering convenient commutes for workers.

'Munsu-ro Vista The Park' will feature 700 units in mid-sized formats (68 and 84 square meters). Its location allows residents to leverage the established infrastructure of Ok-dong while enjoying the natural environment of a planned eco-friendly city. The area is being conceptualized as 'New Ok-dong,' a mini-new town comprising approximately 5,300 units from planned developments in Mugeo-Samho and Mugeo-Ok-dong districts.
