The deal reportedly includes an immediate and permanent ceasefire, the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, and a framework for future negotiations.

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer hailed the agreement as a "hugely important step forward" for ending the war and ensuring regional stability.
