Under the interior minister’s patronage, “Security and History Dialogue” opens today with 50 sessions and 160 speakers

The Security and History Dialogue 2026 begins today in Riyadh with 50 sessions and more than 160 speakers. The conference, organized by Saudi Arabia’s Interior Ministry, will run from Sept. 6 to 8 at the Culture Palace in the Diplomatic Quarter.

Held under the patronage of Interior Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the conference carries the theme “Our History and Our Future: Security and Growth.” Organizers expect more than 5,000 visitors from inside and outside Saudi Arabia.

The program brings together Saudi, Arab and international figures to review Saudi Arabia’s experience in security, development and national history. It also aims to connect key stages of the country’s history with the development of its institutions and security and development capabilities.

Participants listed in the report include Qassim Governor Prince Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud, Princess Lolowah Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Princess Haifa bint Abdulmohsen, and Gulf Cooperation Council Secretary-General Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi.
