UNI launches over 80 free virtual courses in AI, programming, and cybersecurity

The National University of Engineering (UNI) in Peru is launching its tenth Technological Initiation Program (PIT), providing more than 80 free online courses. This initiative aims to equip students, graduates, and public sector employees with essential digital skills in high-demand fields.

Enrollment for the PIT program opens on July 21 and closes on August 2, 2026. The curriculum is designed to meet current labor market needs, with classes commencing on August 3. All sessions will be conducted virtually and live, with recordings made available for participants to review at their convenience.

Key areas covered include data analysis and science, cybersecurity, programming, software development, cloud computing, machine learning, business automation, project management, CAD, BIM, ISO standards, UX/UI design, and digital communication. The program is open to students and graduates from universities and institutes nationwide, as well as public sector workers with institutional email addresses.
