The 'Metropolis Asset Desian' apartment complex in Masan, Changwon, has achieved a complete sell-out, with all 1,250 units sold just two months after its sales began. This rapid success, despite concerns about a slowdown in regional housing markets, is largely credited to the developer's strategy of focusing on differentiated community facilities and a prime location.

Key to the complex's appeal is its array of resident-focused amenities. These include a private cinema, fitness center, indoor screen tennis and golf practice areas, a sauna, music studio, library, kids' play space, and a coin laundry. The inclusion of 14 different types of facilities, many rarely seen in local developments, has been a significant draw for potential buyers.

The location further enhances the complex's desirability. It is situated directly opposite Muhak Elementary School and within walking distance of a kindergarten and Masan Middle and High Schools, offering excellent educational accessibility. Proximity to Muhaksan Mountain and Chusan Neighborhood Park provides a pleasant natural environment, with some units offering views of Masan Port.

As the first large-scale branded apartment complex in the Masan Hapo-gu district in about five years, its rarity also contributed to its strong sales. The project recorded a maximum competition rate of 61.25 to 1 during the first round of subscriptions, with subsequent sales quickly finalizing the sell-out. This success builds on Taeyoung Engineering & Construction's established reputation in the region, having previously developed major projects like Masan Metropolis 1 and 2, Metropolis Seokjeon, and Changwon Unicity.

Looking ahead, Taeyoung Engineering & Construction, in a consortium with Daewoo Engineering & Construction, is preparing to launch another large residential project of approximately 2,000 units in Changwon. This new development is part of a larger urban development project that aims to integrate administrative, residential, commercial, and cultural functions, further solidifying the company's presence in the region.
