United Pharma Hosts Children's Workplace Experience Event

Korean United Pharma hosted its 16th employee children's learning program on August 29, offering a hands-on experience of the workplace and aiming to promote work-life balance. The event, titled "KUP Employee Children's Learning Program," provided children with a chance to explore their parents' work environment.

Participants visited the United History Campus in Gwangju and the Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Mobility Museum in Yongin. The program, designed to offer both knowledge acquisition and practical experience, allowed children to step away from their usual academic settings during their summer vacation.

One employee's child shared that seeing their parent's work environment was meaningful. They also found the program rewarding, gaining new knowledge through various activities and interacting with peers. The initiative underscores the company's commitment to supporting its employees' families and fostering a positive organizational culture.
