UPSA students prepare the avant premiere of The Devil Wears Prada 2

The Ventura Mall in Santa Cruz de la Sierra is abuzz with creative energy as students from the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA) gear up for a unique event. In anticipation of the international premiere of 'The Devil Wears Prada 2', fashion design and management students are crafting a live exhibition, showcasing their skills in a dynamic, real-time display.

Under the guidance of professor Marcelo Rojas, approximately 15 students are meticulously working on mannequins, employing the moulage technique to construct paper garments. This hands-on approach allows attendees to witness the creative process firsthand, transforming raw materials into wearable art that reflects the film's iconic fashion-forward theme. The exhibition serves as a vibrant prelude to the film's highly anticipated release.

The live costume exhibition is set to captivate audiences on Saturday, April 25, and Sunday, April 26. Following this artistic showcase, the avant-premiere of 'The Devil Wears Prada 2' will take place on Monday, April 27, at Cinemark. This event not only celebrates the film but also highlights the burgeoning talent within Bolivia's fashion design sector, providing a platform for students to demonstrate their creativity and technical abilities on a significant scale.
