US strikes damage tunnel, three bridges in Iran's Hormozgan province

US airstrikes overnight have caused damage to significant transport infrastructure in Iran's southern Hormozgan province, according to the provincial government. The strikes impacted a major road tunnel and three bridges, disrupting key routes in the region.

Authorities in Hormozgan stated that the Shahid Mirzaei Tunnel sustained damage in both directions. The Roudkhaneh Shour Bridge, located on the Bandar Abbas–Sirjan highway, was also hit. Additionally, two other bridges along the road connecting the Minab junction to Rudan were damaged.
