March saw an unprecedented 79,115 motorcycles registered, a remarkable 11% jump from February and a staggering 54% leap compared to the same period last year. This historic monthly figure pushes the first-quarter total to 218,772 units, a substantial 44% increase over 2025. The driving force behind this boom? The Argentine government has structured the transfer fees to encourage domestic production: 1.5% of the vehicle's market value for bikes manufactured or assembled in Argentina, and a slightly higher 2% for imported models.
