Vacheron Constantin Unveils New 34.5mm Overseas Watches with Elegant Design and Interchangeable Straps

Swiss watchmaker Vacheron Constantin has unveiled new additions to its Overseas collection, featuring a more refined 34.5mm case size. These timepieces are designed to offer a more delicate and elegant aesthetic, catering to slimmer wrists while maintaining the collection's signature blend of sporty dynamism and refined style.

The new models come in two distinct variations. One is crafted from 18K pink gold and features a matching pink gold lacquer dial, enhanced by a sunburst finish and a velvet-textured minute track. The other is presented in stainless steel, paired with a bold, deep red lacquer dial, also treated with a sunburst finish to create captivating light play.

Despite the reduced dimensions, the watches faithfully incorporate the Overseas series' hallmark design cues. The hexagonal bezel and the central links of the bracelet are inspired by Vacheron Constantin's iconic Maltese cross. The case and lugs exhibit smooth, rounded lines, contributing to the overall sophisticated appearance.

Christian Selmoni, Vacheron Constantin's Style and Heritage Director, explained that the evolution of the Overseas line balances its distinct character with contemporary lifestyles. He noted that the introduction of more compact proportions not only revisits the collection's heritage but also expands its wearability. This versatility is further emphasized by the inclusion of two interchangeable straps – a metal bracelet, a leather strap, and a rubber strap – allowing for seamless transitions between formal and casual settings.
