Video of Jésica Cirio with Dollars Filmed in Martín Insaurralde's San Vicente Home, Experts Conclude

Federal Police experts have concluded that a video depicting Argentine television host Jésica Cirio with sealed packages of dollars was recorded in the San Vicente home of her former partner, Martín Insaurralde. This scopometric analysis, submitted to the judiciary, has prompted prosecutors to prepare an expanded accusation of illicit enrichment against both Cirio and Insaurralde.

The potential charges include the approximately $10 million estimated to be visible in the video. This sum adds to the millions that neither individual can reportedly justify. A separate accounting audit determined that Insaurralde, the former mayor of Lomas de Zamora, spent $19,647,220 more than his declared income. Cirio's expenditures also reportedly exceeded her available resources, even after accounting for all her income and initial bank balances.

The police report specifically identified the location as the general upstairs hallway of a property in the Fincas de San Vicente Club de Charcas, refuting claims that it was an independent dressing room. The analysis cited exact matches in the ceiling's central metallic profile, the micro-cement floor's three transverse joint lines, and the specific placement of light modules, switches, and fixing holes.

This evidence has been incorporated into the case now being handled by the new federal judge of Lomas de Zamora, Juan Tomás Rodríguez Ponte. The prosecution is compiling a comprehensive document to bolster the indictment of Insaurralde, Cirio, their relatives, and other individuals who have emerged in connection with the case and could be considered fronts for their assets. Defense attorneys have attempted to have the video evidence dismissed, questioning its traceability and incriminating power.
