‘VIP black widow’ Eluney arrested after flaunting luxury lifestyle online

Lourdes Milagros Rodríguez, known on social media as Eluney, was arrested after investigators linked her to a robbery in which a man allegedly lost consciousness after drinking at his home in Pilar. He awoke to find cash, foreign currency and several valuables missing.

The 31-year-old man had reportedly contacted Rodríguez through Instagram, where she used the name Eluney, and arranged to meet at his home on July 24. After they shared drinks, he lost consciousness. When he woke up, his money, a PlayStation 4, an HP notebook, a Samsung S25 phone and the keys to his home were gone.

Security camera footage helped investigators reconstruct movements after the robbery and identify the vehicle allegedly used in the escape. The images also helped identify Rodríguez and one of her alleged accomplices, while confirming an address connected to the case.

The Pilar prosecutor’s office, with authorization from the local guarantees court, ordered two searches. Officers from the Pilar SubDDI arrested Rodríguez in the María Teresa de Calcuta neighborhood of José C. Paz. They seized six mobile phones, 11,700 Argentine pesos, $100, a perfume believed to belong to the victim, clothing, four glass dropper bottles and documents belonging to another person.

The investigation then led police to a second address in Merlo through analysis of a phone seized from Rodríguez. Officers confiscated another phone and documents linked to one suspect. Nearby, they stopped a white Toyota Etios carrying a 29-year-old Venezuelan man and an 18-year-old Chilean. The Venezuelan was arrested, while the Chilean was detained on suspicion of concealing the crime. Argentina’s migration authorities also became involved because of the older man’s irregular immigration status. Police found two more phones and a Peruvian citizen’s document inside the vehicle. Two other suspects remain fugitives.
