Authorities confirmed the incident occurred behind a private vocational school in Kutowinangun District on Friday, August 7. "The suspect has been brought to the Polres, and the examination is still ongoing. We will also coordinate with the hospital for medical examination and autopsy of the victim," Purnama stated.

The suspect is also a student and is underage. The Women and Children Protection Unit of the Kebumen Police has interviewed the victim, the complainant, and a witness, while gathering evidence related to the assault. Police plan to question additional witnesses who may have recorded the incident.
