Wang Sijia has denied an online accusation that she once cut in line at an Apple store, after the claim was followed by renewed references to a past fake-bag controversy.

The dispute began when a social-media discussion about celebrities described as rude customers named Wang. One commenter alleged that she had walked through a long checkout line and gone directly to the counter. Wang responded that she had visited Apple stores only a handful of times, “fewer than the fingers on both hands,” and did not remember the store in question. She called herself a technology novice who might not even find what she wanted without help from a store employee, and said that although she might look intimidating, she was not that rude.

The original poster later said the incident occurred around 2010 or 2011. The commenter claimed Wang had been wearing earphones and that others appeared to notice the suspected line-cutting until an employee intervened and restored the normal checkout process.
