Zhang Yingying, the former girlfriend of businessman Wang Xiaofei, is reportedly embroiled in a public dispute with his current wife, Ma Xiaomei. This conflict has brought renewed attention to Zhang's past relationship with Wang and allegations surrounding their entanglement.

Ma Xiaomei recently denied during a livestream that she interfered in Wang Xiaofei's marriage to his ex-wife, Da S (Xu Xiyuan). In response, Zhang Yingying posted a statement claiming that Wang Xiaofei approached her for reconciliation even while he was dating Ma Xiaomei. Zhang also suggested she had considered directly contacting Da S and providing photographic and audio evidence related to Wang.

Reports suggest that Zhang Yingying, who began her career in online live streaming, met Wang Xiaofei through a mutual friend involved in establishing an influencer management company. Wang was an investor in this venture, and Zhang was one of the streamers. During the escalation of their relationship, Wang and Da S had not yet formally divorced, and Zhang reportedly attended private gatherings with Wang, integrating into his social circle.

However, the relationship reportedly soured when Wang Xiaofei allegedly attempted to reconcile with Da S, leading to a breakup with Zhang. Sources claim Zhang demanded Wang cover her housing and living expenses, including a monthly allowance of 100,000 yuan. Further details emerged from a former friend of Wang's who, after a falling out over financial matters, maintained contact with Da S and shared information about Wang and Zhang's situation.

It is alleged that Zhang Yingying attempted to contact Da S directly, intending to share photos and recordings, but received no response. Wang Xiaofei and Da S eventually divorced in November 2021.
