We are nearing the ‘Karaganov Moment’

Sergei Karaganov, a prominent Russian political scientist and unofficial Kremlin advisor, asserts that Europe has entered a state of war with Russia over Ukraine, though it remains largely unaware of this reality. Karaganov, who also leads the Council for Foreign and Defense Policy and serves as dean at Moscow's Higher School of Economics, believes Russia is not yet fighting a full-scale war with Europe.
