Design agency Halleroed has ventured into restaurant design for the first time, creating the space for Adam Albin, a new fine dining establishment in Stockholm. This ambitious project is the brainchild of restaurateurs Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman, who are already known for their successful ventures, Solen and Misshumasshu, and previously earned a Michelin star for their restaurant Adam/Albin.

The restaurant occupies a prominent address at Regeringsgatan 2, boasting views of significant Stockholm landmarks including the castle, opera house, and parliament. This prime location suggests a high-end dining experience aimed at a discerning clientele.

The culinary direction of Adam Albin is described as contemporary, deeply rooted in Nordic sensibilities, and incorporating clear influences from classic French cuisine. The challenge for Halleroed was to translate these gastronomic concepts into the physical design of the restaurant, influencing the choice of chairs, plates, and cutlery to create a cohesive dining atmosphere.
