Carlos Andrés Pérez, rector of the Universidad Santiago de Cali, confirmed the preparations. The Arena USC, inaugurated in 2024, boasts a capacity of 2,600 in its main auditorium, with additional spaces for 1,300 people. The venue also features a large outdoor screen area and ample parking, with approximately 740 underground spots and the potential for 420 more.

Pérez expressed confidence in the university's ability to host the significant event, highlighting the Arena USC's recognition as a major Latin American event venue. The university is prepared to provide full logistical support, including adapting areas for helicopter landings, and is working to meet all security requirements for international delegations.
