Which Belgrade streets will close Saturday for the 10K race and Pride march?

Belgrade will host two major public events on Saturday, Sept. 5: the 10K Belgrade 2026 race and a Pride march. Many streets will close, and several public transport routes will change.

Pride participants will gather at Manjež Park from 4 p.m., when entry checkpoints will open. The march starts at 5 p.m. and will travel from Manjež Park along Nemanjina Street, Kneza Miloša Street and Kralja Milana Street to Nikola Pašić Square and the National Assembly. It will then return along Kneza Miloša and Nemanjina to Manjež Park. Two entry points for a concert will open at 6 p.m. after the march returns.

Officials had not yet announced whether public transport would change specifically because of the Pride march. Changes connected to the 10K race will affect New Belgrade from 6 a.m. to midnight. The race route includes parts of Bulevar Nikole Tesle, Karađorđeva, Trešnjinog cveta, Ušće and the area near Branko’s Bridge, the Old Fairground, the Museum of Contemporary Art and Friendship Park.

Lines 15, 84, 704, 706 and 707 will use Bulevar Mihajla Pupina and other substitute streets during different periods between 6 a.m. and midnight. Line 9A will change direction toward Block 45 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., while line 60 will also follow an alternative route toward the heating plant during that period. Services in the opposite directions will retain their existing or separately listed routes.
