WISS LATAM Summit Gathers Women Leaders and Entrepreneurs to Foster Innovation and Female Leadership

Panama City is currently hosting WISS LATAM, a significant international summit dedicated to advancing female leadership, innovation, and sustainability across Latin America. The event brings together a diverse group of women leaders, entrepreneurs, and specialists from various countries in the region.

A central part of the summit includes an awards ceremony that honors women who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and achieved success in their entrepreneurial careers. Prior to this, attendees had the opportunity to hear from businessman and CEO Stanley Motta. He shared valuable insights from his extensive experience, emphasizing the gradual nature of building successful companies.

Companies are not made overnight; they are built over time," Motta remarked, offering a perspective on long-term business development.
