The Uzbekistan national football fan club has embarked on a journey to the United States, ready to rally behind their team at the 2026 World Cup. Originating from Andijan, the fan group known as Ultras Burgut, or Eagles, has become a prominent force in Uzbekistan's supporter culture since its inception. Their unique performances and anthems, like "Andijonliklar Keldi!" (The People of Andijan Have Arrived!), have garnered significant recognition. This year's World Cup trip marks a significant moment for the club, fulfilling a long-held dream.

Head of the Andijan fan club, Nodirjon Tuychiyev, shared that their activities have captured the attention of the public, athletes, sports officials, and even the nation's president. He noted that the president has issued "very serious instructions" regarding the World Cup trip, underscoring its national importance. Tuychiyev explained that song lyrics are shared via Telegram channels, ensuring fans nationwide can learn and perform the same chants in unison.

The supporters' commitment extends to attending key group-stage matches against Portugal and DR Congo. Their efforts are a testament to the unifying power of sport and the deep connection fans feel with their national team, demonstrating that the passion for football extends far beyond the pitch.
